Butterfly house

I went to the local butterfly house today. It rocked. I got a lot of great pictures, which I’ll post once I update my gallery a bit.

Speaking of updating my gallery, I’m modifying it to support my new camera. I already have it resizing on the fly now, thanks to Muks and some of his crazy software magic. (:

Yes, the Zoo pictures and others will also be posted soon. *smile*

Update: I have uploaded a few and made them available for viewing.

    once again….

I’m completely in awe. Your site is, and always has been, my inspiration with my digital (I cannot tell you how many photos I have of the inside of my coffee mug).

And the photo of the single lady bug on the leaf…. damn. Just "damn." Beautiful.

    As always,

Very nice pictures. One of these days I’ll have to get myself outside to take some real pictures. Maybe this weekend since the weather has been so nice and I have a 4 day weekend.

Awesome stuff. Your new camera will be enjoyed on desktops everywhere πŸ™‚

BTW, do you have an opinion on the new Nikon Coolpix 5700, perhaps as a lower-cost ($1200 cheap? yikes) alternative to your Canon? I’d love to fully replace my old SLR with a digital, but the D60 is priced a bit out of my range. The non-SLR/non-electronic viewfinder cameras just seem unnatural.
