Photos: botanical garden pictures

I recently visited the botanical garden in Chapel Hill to take pictures. While travelling around the grounds with my heavy camera, spotted several things to take pictures of, including some interesting sculptures, carnivorous plants, a some big catepillar, a farie, a few drops of water, and several flowers.

The photo sets:

  1. Botanical Garden
  2. Blue Garden Blobs
  3. Flytraps of Venus

    Awesome Pics.

I like your ‘Blue Garden Globs’ and the dew pictures. Nice. I guess you have plenty of time to take pictures now. 😉 BTW I got the first issue of Wide Open. You all did a good job.

Now I can’t wait to get my photos developed and see how they turned out. (Darn you and your digital technology!) I think most of my pictures were of completely different things, so it should be an interesting comparison…

    Very nice job.

    Nice pics

I have been a fan of your digital photos for quite some time. I was curious what digital camera you use, as I see that it turns out some very detailed photos. I’ve been looking around for something digital to replace my standard Minolta 35mm film camera for a while, but haven’t found one camera that would fully satisfy me. So, I was just curious what you use. Thanks for the great visual amusement.
