Trae, a good friend of mine (and the guy behind Themes.org and Linux.com way back in the day), is going to be doing the Ironman thing (2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, 26.2 mile run, all in under 17 hours) in Florida this weekend, on November 5th.
