T seats

As often the case, I sat on one of those ripped-up-and-hackishly-patched seats on the MBTA Red Line this morning.

I’m at work now, sticking to my seat, thanks to the duct-tape residue.

have you been on one of the super-special redline trains? they have ‘indestructible’ seats so maybe in the future ripped-up, duct-taped seats won’t be a problem! the seats also – well – they are quite a rainbow of colors, let’s leave it at that. 🙂

Yes, I have…. once. The seats aren’t super comfortable, but it was nice for a change. The T definitely needs to get a designer/decorator for things like the looks and functionality of its trains, busses, and stations.
